Guida al firewall
The HelpDesk application is designed to be firewall friendly. In most cases, you simply need to permit the firewall prompts related to the HelpDesk application during installation.
Nel caso in cui sia necessario configurare manualmente le autorizzazioni del firewall, consentire i seguenti numeri di porta TCP ed eseguibili.
